You have to be registered to place an order. Registering is easy and quick.
Click on the REGISTER button on the top right side of each page.
You will then see a form. Fields marked with an asterix are required. Please submit the information and then click the link in the email that will be sent to you.
If you finished the registration you can continue to the ordering process straightaway.
Xsmall will only use your personal data for processing orders and delivering services you have subscribed to, such as our weekly newsletter, and we always offer you the opportunity to opt out to any of these services.
You can always edit your user data by login into the website and choosing the option My account from the menu.
If you wish to have your data removed from our database entirely, please contact customer service.
Top Log inOnce registered, you only have to login when visiting our website again. For login in you only need your email address and password.
For logging in, choose the LOGIN button in the top menu, enter your email address and password, and that's it!
Forgot your password? Please click the link and we'll email the password to your email address.
Once logged in, you see a button MY ACCOUNT in the top menu. Here you can change your personal data, see your order history, track your orders and submit complaints and/or remarks to our customer service.
You can unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time by choosing NEWSLETTER from the menu and clicking UNSUBSCRIBE.
After you have submitted your unsubscription you will no longer receive our email updates.
If you wish to have your data removed from our system completely, please contact customer service.
To order a product, just go to the product page and click the Add to shopping bag button. You can of course add several items to your shopping bag and order them all at once - you only pay shipping cost once then.
You can change the contents of your shopping bag: size, number and / or color, or you can remove products.
We then ask you for a billing- and shipping address. It is possible to have your shipment delivered at a different address, so you can receive it fe. at work.
After submitting your address you enter the payments pages. We offer several payment methods. All payments are handled on a secure server, using an SSL certificate, so your data all well protected.
Once you have successfully placed your order you will see an order confirmation on the website. You also receive a confirmation via email.
You can track and trace your orders via the website, using your order number.

Top Shipping and handlingTNT Post will deliver your order. Within the Netherlands, orders are usually delivered within 24 hours after receiving your payment. For other countries the delivery time is several days.
Please be advised that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
TNT will try to deliver the order to your address twice. In case you are not at home both times, a message will be left for you and you can pick up the parcel at the nearest post office during three weeks. Conditions may differ from country to country.
Shipping costs are equal for each order and will automatically be added to your order total. Please note that Xsmall does not make a profit on shipping cost - the actual shipping costs are in fact higher.
Xsmall can deliver to all countries worldwide. However, for countries outside Europe shipping cost are sometimes so high that it is not interesting to order.

Orders are processed as soon as your payment is accepted. For credit card payments, this is usually the same day.
Most products on our website are in stock - these can be dispatched within one day after the acceptance of the payment.
You can expect you order within 3 days for the Netherlands.

Products not in stock will be ordered for you. This may take several days, but we will always keep you informed about the delay.
In case one of the items of your order is not in stock, we will hold the order until all items have arrived. In some cases we can send partial orders.
You can return any item bought at www.xsmall.nl, with the exception of underwear and sale products.
For returns the following conditions apply:
To return an item, please register your return on our website within 48 hours after delivery of the order. You can do this by logging in and choosing the order from the order history within the MY ACCOUNT section. Select the product and submit.
Once we have received your notification of return, we will give you instructions by email for the return shipment.
Returns which are NOT registered within the term of 48 hours can not be accepted by us.
The shipment of returns has to be received within 14 days. Any shipment arriving later will be accepted only at discretion of Xsmall.
Make sure you pay for the return, as we cannot accept shipments not paid for. We will withdraw the cost from your balance.
Make sure you send the product in the original package with the original tags and labels. We cannot accept used or damaged products.
If you wish to exchange the product for another product from our website, you can simply place a new order and we will calculate the balance. We will not charge shipping cost for this new order.
Of course we can also refund your money. We will transfer it to your bank account within two weeks after the receipt of the return.
Top Order trackingYou can track the status of your orders via the website.
Log in and choose MY ACCOUNT. Then choose the menu option ORDERS. Here you will find an overview of all orders you placed at Xsmall. Now choose the order you want to track. You can find out the status by entering the number we sent you in the order confirmation.
In some cases we can re-order sold out products. You can let us know that you are interested in ordering a product by clicking the SPECIAL ORDER button on the product page.
We will then notify you if we can re-order the product in your size. If yes, you can place your order at the website.
You never really know how something will fit you, but we do our utmost to provide you with enough information to make a good decision about the sizing. On the product page you see several images of the product, made by a professional photographer. You can enlarge the images the image.
Please do not forget to check the editor's note about the product, as this contains relevant information about sizing, materials etc.
In case of doubt you can always contact customer service by going to the product page and clicking the link QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. Your question will usually be answered within one day.
